Possibly cathartic for Ross/Rylan to have written it is difficult to read at times but I don't doubt it was far harder to have lived through. Parts of it were fairly funny and it is obvious that he is still not over his marriage break up, although he seems to think he is. The chapter on his breakdown was quite hard to read, so I it was definitely good to just do one chapter that was dark, then talk about happier parts.
