I do very much admire his presentation, and especially appreciate that he does all his own food styling and that it's all actually food (I have run across a number of cookbooks recently with blinding white yogurt and sour cream and all I can think is WHY WOULD THEY RUIN ALL THIS DELCIOUS FOOD BY POURING GLUE ALL OVER IT???).
