About this deal

Classical physics, the collection of theories that existed before the advent of quantum mechanics, describes many aspects of nature at an ordinary (macroscopic) scale, but is not sufficient for describing them at small (atomic and subatomic) scales. Most theories in classical physics can be derived from quantum mechanics as an approximation valid at large (macroscopic) scale.[3]

I've been trying to research if there is a good resource for calculations to model the light angles before I start throwing money at it but I haven't found too much, does anyone have any resource recommendations? Most anodized parts are highly reflective in the near IR. So for IR applications some painting needs to be done.A guiding camera with a longer nosepiece: T-2-extensions on eyepiece and camera provide the same focus position for everything. For connection to the telescope, we'd need to know the available thread at the telescope. T-2 or M48 work out of the box, for other threads, an adapter would be required. Telescope auxillary instruments cover a wide range of interests, from a sole eyepiece, via camera use, to high end spectroscopy. Unfortunately every telescope just features one exit port. This causes relentless manual exchange of parts in the dark, causing huge time loss, wear on the parts - and "nerves". And whenever you start controlling your telescope remotely - the single port becomes a painful reality. Quantum mechanics is a fundamental theory in physics that describes the behavior of nature at the scale of atoms and subatomic particles.[2]: 1.1 It is the foundation of all quantum physics including quantum chemistry, quantum field theory, quantum technology, and quantum information science.

the camera sensor is close to the front of the blue camera body. In our setup, the image plane is just a little bit outside of the OAG. Out-of-the-Box, the camera would barely be inside of the eyepiece clamp, and the clamping screws would be right on the UV/IR-Cut filter. The solution is one Baader 1¼" - 31.8mm nosepiece extension with 1¼" filter thread on both sides (T-2 part #05) (#1905130 , € 19,-) The dimensions of the mirror are such that 36x24mm is reflected. That's quit small to cover the inner 38mm of the 42mm tube system.

I would like to try this on my refractor - omni 120mm f8.3 achro, is it safe to say that I have a chance of getting my ota down to f/2.5-f/3? Once the Zygo test report has been completed, the optical alignment is thoroughly tested and tuned to ensure they are spot on before they leave us.
